Humanism, solidarity, environmental protection… We strive to live by these values every day. Beyond words, it’s about actions—sometimes big, sometimes small—it’s the “hummingbird effect”! But each one counts and holds meaning for us.
A beehive on our roof, a local artisan we know and want to support, access to culture, and highlighting the heritage of La Rochelle for all to enjoy, a passion for travel, and thus a commitment to tolerance… Our values are reflected in these and many other ways!

Our Goal: Reduce Our Environmental Impact!
To understand where we started, we completed our Carbon Footprint Assessment in partnership with BPI and the Carbon Cooperative of La Rochelle in November 2023.
Results:
- We invest in and implement increasingly energy-efficient practices: LED lighting, waste sorting and recycling, eco-friendly products, local partners & suppliers
- Moving towards better energy efficiency: improved insulation and soon solar panels on our roof
- Greener travel: electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot and bicycles available to explore La Rochelle and its surroundings.
- Stronger Together: we fund local associations committed to environmental protection through collective initiatives: “Echo Mer” and “Surfrider.”
Hospitality: Our Heartfelt Professions
Raising awareness and training in our professions: we participate in forums, welcome interns and apprentices whom we train.
We engage in solidarity through the implementation of an original training program for housekeeping staff in partnership with SOS Méditerranées, Collectif Actions Solidaires.
We take care of our teams. You are our wealth, our family! (incentive salary policy, continuous training, organization of convivial moments, etc.)
